Cancellation and Refund Terms for Services
This page explains how cancellation, withdrawal and refund requests are handled for Teklif.cc subscriptions.
1. Scope
These terms apply to Teklif.cc digital SaaS subscriptions. Plan-specific terms shown during purchase and mandatory consumer law remain applicable.
2. Nature and delivery of the service
Teklif.cc is software delivered electronically through an account, not a physical product. The service becomes available when the account and selected plan are activated.
3. Withdrawal right
Any statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal right remains reserved. If the consumer expressly consents to digital service performance before the withdrawal period ends, or a statutory exception applies, the right may be limited as stated in the purchase flow.
4. Cancellation and refund requests
Requests are accepted only at teklifcc@sgaelektrik.com. Include your name or company name, account email, plan, reason and any order or transaction information. Receipt is confirmed by email.
5. Assessment
Requests are reviewed according to the service nature, activation and usage status, request date, selected plan and applicable law. Missing information may be requested.
6. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are made through the original payment method. The time for funds to appear may vary because of the bank or payment provider.
7. Subscription cancellation
Cancellation stops renewal; it does not automatically remove charges or usage obligations accrued up to the cancellation date. Cancellation and refund are assessed separately.
8. Free trial
No charge is collected during the 7-day free trial. The end of a free trial alone therefore does not create a refund. Any paid plan activation and renewal information is shown in the purchase flow.
9. Payment security
Teklif.cc does not directly store card details. Payments are handled through the secure infrastructure of the payment provider, whose terms also apply.
