Payment

Payment is collected through the secure payment provider shown in the purchase flow. The selected plan price, billing period, taxes and renewal information are shown before payment.

Performance / delivery

There is no physical delivery. The service is provided electronically through app.teklif.cc. Activation, account and plan terms follow the current product behavior.

Withdrawal / cancellation / refund

Any statutory consumer withdrawal right, explicit consent to begin digital service delivery and legal exceptions apply. Requests are assessed according to the nature and usage of the service, applicable law and the Cancellation and Refund Terms for Services.

User obligations
