No physical shipping or product delivery is provided. After an account is created and access is enabled according to the current product flow, the service is available electronically through app.teklif.cc. Payment infrastructure and activation terms will be published separately once finalized.

Cancellation and refund requests

You can contact teklifcc@sgaelektrik.com to request cancellation or a refund. Applicable terms are assessed according to the selected service, any free trial, usage status and the applicable service agreement.
